STAND: The Student-Led Movement to End Mass Atrocities
I was a member of the managing committee from 2020-2021, where I led the education and policy teams and spearhead the “Conscious Consumption Campaign.”
Foreign Policy and Education: I worked on a variety of foreign policy issues, including genocide education and the Global Fragility Act. I also developed lesson plans for high school and college chapters to educate on these foreign policies and mass atrocity terminology.
Conscious Consumption Campaign: I led the strategy and organization for our conscious consumption campaign in Spring 2021. We took a multi-faceted approach to education and policy, through webinars, educational toolkits, social media campaigns, and lobbying.
The Borgen Project
I served as a content and policy intern for The Borgen Project, where I advocated for foreign policies related to global poverty, wrote blog posts connecting global poverty to mass atrocities and fundraised for the organization.
